03/ PROVISIONAL CONTRACT / DESIGN CONTRACT
Temporary contract for detailed measurement and 3D design is in progress.
04/ ACTUAL MEASUREMENT
After visiting the site, actual measurements are made to complete the basic drawings.
05/ DESIGN
Design work is carried out in consideration of requirements, budget, and site conditions. We show the design visually through flat plan and 3D design, and a detailed estimate is made based on the final draft.
06/ FINAL CONTRACT
We make a contract based on the final design and final estimate.
07/ CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
The construction proceeds with the final design, and a meeting with the finishing materials is held within the construction period.
08/ CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED
After completion of all processes, on-site inspection is carried out.
09/ FOLLOW-UP CARE
We make every effort to prevent any defects from occurring during construction, and in the event of a problem, we will repair and manage it for one year. After the deadline, it will be processed for a fee.
